My collection is influenced by the filmmaker, director, and producer Tim Burton’s aesthetics of creepy, spooky, and kooky, as well as my love for astronomy, astrology, and the elements. It is a nature versus nurture, yin-yang, light versus dark kind of thing. This collection is about me highlighting who I am and not being ashamed or scared to share it. Everything I create or design has some sort of design that has moons, stars, tarot, astrology, astronomy, Earth’s elements, the supernatural, etc. I have always had a strong passion and connection to the stars, the moon, tarot, and all things witchy. With my collection, “The Witching Hour Curiosities,” I plan to showcase my full personality through my designs and collections, embracing kookiness and weirdness to the fullest extent.
